OTR Global Appoints Mark Conley as President and John O’Donoghue as Senior Vice President
NEW YORK— OTR Global LLC today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Mark Conley, current Director of Research, as the company’s new President, effective immediately. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors. Conley has been with OTR since 2013 and will continue to serve as OTR’s Director of Research while assuming day-to-day leadership of the company. The Board also announced that John O’Donoghue, Director of Equities/Sales, will take a more prominent leadership role as Senior Vice President.

Mark and John will lead an experienced management team consisting of Chief Financial Officer Del Johnson, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Compliance Officer Thomas Hickey, and Irene Neumansky, Director of Technology.
Conley brings a unique skill set to his role as President of the firm having served as both a research director and an institutional sales person and manager in his nearly 30 years in the industry. He began his Wall Street career at Merrill Lynch in institutional sales, later headed the research sales team in NY, and launched Merrill’s global technology specialist sales force. Conley went on to sales and director of research roles at American Technology Research and its acquirer Gleacher and Company, as well as MKM Partners.
John O’Donoghue joined OTR in 2013 as Director of Equities/Sales. John leads a team of institutional sales representatives located in New York, Westchester, San Francisco, Boston, and Chicago. Prior to OTR, John was the Head of Equities at Cowen & Company for seven years, where he sat on the firm’s Executive and Operating committees. Before joining Cowen, John was Co-Head of Equity Trading at Credit Suisse, where he also served on that firm’s Global Equity Operating Committee. Prior to those positions John spent 17 years at Wertheim Schroder where he was a partner.
